These terms govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of the App

The App is a learning/game app for ear training. Please use it for personal purposes. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or modification of the App’s content (audio, characters, images, program, etc.) is prohibited.

3. Purchases & subscriptions

Some features are offered via In-App Purchase (subscription).
Price, period, and renewal terms are shown on the purchase screen. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Previously purchased content can be restored via “Restore Purchases.”

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

These terms may change without notice. Updated terms take effect when posted on this page.
